Sankalchand Patel University (SPU) is a private university located in Visnagar, Mehsana district, Gujarat, India. Established in 2016 via the Gujarat Private Universities (Amendment) Act, the university was founded by the Nootan Sarva Vidyalaya Kelvani Mandal with the vision of Shri Sankalchand Patel, a freedom-fighter and educationist.The university’s campus spans more than 80 acres and is the only university in North Gujarat offering technical, medical and para-medical courses.SPU offers a diverse range of programs including engineering & technology (B.Tech, M.Tech, PhD), management (BBA, MBA, integrated MBA, PhD), computer science (BCA, MCA, PGDCA, PhD), sciences (BSc, MSc, PhD), dental sciences (BDS, MDS, PhD), physiotherapy (BPT), nursing, pharmacy and more.With modern infrastructure, industry linkages, scholarship programmes, a dedicated startup & innovation cell (SSIP), and collaborations with international universities, SPU strives to prepare students for global careers and research.
