Babu Dinesh Singh University

Babu Dinesh Singh University was established on 17 February 2023 through a Government of Jharkhand Act and is recognized by the UGC. Located on a green campus spanning over 100 acres near Farathiya on NH-75, Garhwa, BDSU aims to provide accessible and quality education in a diverse range of disciplines including engineering, technology, pharmacy, law, management, information technology, science, homoeopathy, nursing, commerce, arts, physical education and allied health sciences. The university infrastructure includes modern classrooms, hi-tech labs, a digital library, sports facilities, separate hostels, and specialized centers for research and training. BDSU also emphasizes industry-aligned education, skill development and placements through its dedicated placement cell.
