CAT (Common Admission Test) is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the IIMs for admission to MBA/PGDM programs. It is one of the most competitive exams in India, accepted by 20 IIMs and over 1000 business schools.
Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD)
Final-year graduation students are eligible
No age restriction

Sections: VARC, DILR, QA
Each section time-bound to 40 minutes
Question types: MCQs + TITA
Total duration: 120 minutes
Quantitative Aptitude (QA): Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Number System
Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR): Charts, Graphs, Tables, Puzzles
Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension (VARC): Reading comprehension, Grammar, Sentence correction, Para jumbles
